Tour Terms & Conditions 

Thank you for choosing our Silver Trails (History & Hauntings) – Zeehan Pioneer Cemetery Tour.

Below is important information for viewing prior to your tour arrival.

Please arrive at the Zeehan Pioneer Cemetery at least 10-15 minutes prior to tour start time. We will commence on time and for the benefit of others, will not be able to wait for late comers. The tour will run for approximately 2 hours. There are no toilet facilities available.

For your safety, ensure you have warm, waterproof clothing and flat, comfortable, closed in, and if possible, waterproof shoes. Heels, thongs, and inappropriate footwear will not be permitted for the tours.

The tour is conducted outdoors and exposed to weather conditions and while the walk is easy, the tour is conducted on uneven ground, so we ask that you are always mindful of your surrounds. Customers are required to stay with the tour group, and on the designated paths.

There is the possibility we may come across Tasmanian wildlife during the tour. We ask that you keep your distance, do not touch, and follow the instruction of your guide.

We welcome families on our tour but please note that some tours contain descriptive content relating to individual cases of death. Children’s attendance should be at the discretion of parents. During the tour children are the responsibly of the parents/ care provider and children will not be allowed to wander independently from the tour.

(note: the Paranormal Investigation tours are  16yrs + events)

For the safety and comfort of all guests those deemed under the influence, of alcohol or drugs, will be denied entry to the tour and refused a refund.

 

Cancellation of tours will be at the discretion of Silver Trails. Tours are non-refundable, non-transferable to other dates or persons and non-redeemable for cash. If we are required to cancel a tour, Silver Trails will notify customers and offer the choice of another date or refund to those customers who have paid in full. Expenses associated with transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs incurred due to a cancellation of the tour will not be the responsibility of Silver Trails.

 

It is a requirement that customers follow current COVID-19 safety requirements and practice physical distancing measure during the tour. Not complying with this requirement could lead to ejection from the tour.
